Welcome to my shop showcasing my own original tribal jewellery created from Antique European Trade Beads.
Everything I make is a one-off original design.I am happy to work to commission should you want anything special or in a particular colour or size.
I'm an artist/maker based in Cornwall in the UK but I can send my work anywhere in the world. I place the beads in a hand printed pouch, made by me from vintage linen fabric.
My prices are based on basic airmail costs and do not include insurance.If you want insurance please contact me.

wonderful Kiffa beads were one of my first purchases from ebay when I started making jewellery -
These old Chevron beads came from a small market in Kumasi, Ghana -
I love to work on old jewellery like this very special necklace from Morocco which I restrung for a client. -
This is the same necklace which has a length of 'German Silver' chain added to replace the string it came on. -
My other love is hand sewing.I do have a machine and I use it sometimes but I enjoy hand sewing best!

I'm a creative person with many outlets for my creativity including making one-off pieces of jewellery using antique African Trade Beads.
Shop policies
I believe that customers buying from mybeadyeye deserve a first class services so refunds or exchanges are always given except for custom orders.
If you buy any of my jewellery and break it within 6 months I'll restring or repair it for free BUT you have to pay for the postage.After 6 months I charge a small fee for my time but not materials.

I post within 3 days of receiving notification except when I am away from my home so please refer to my Shop Announcement.
Shipping
Customers have to pay any custom charges.
In the UK I use First Class Signed For Post.
